Fundamentals of Scientific Visualization

Course Overview


This course introduces visualization techniques for various types of measured or computer-simulated data. Typical applications for these visualization techniques include the study of airflows around car bodies, medical data, and molecular structures.
This is the first course of its kind that will be taught in a completely digital classroom environment called VizClass (see figure above).
